The Loan Process

Many home buyers may wonder where the loan process begins - and where it ends. To help make the process easy to understand, we have listed the basic steps involved in purchasing a home and the approximate time frame for each step. These time frames will vary depending on geographic location, the loan, the home buyer and the lending institution. The complete mortgage loan process takes about 45 days.
